Training

Our training programs are 12-week long and we run them in the evening, in order to accomodate our students who go to school or work full time while taking our classes.

Currently we have four training programs. The first two programs (Basic Coaching Skills and Business Readiness) provide a solid foundation and all the key elements necessary to start a coaching business in just about any industry. We run these two classes together, to save time for students who opt to take both. This also allows students to have their business plan ready for financing and launch by the time they finish the coaching training. Or the Business Readiness class can be taken alone to write a professional business plan for any other type of business.

1. Basic Coaching Skills ($480)

This is an online group program with individual support by email. It runs 3-4 times a year on Wednesday evenings @7:00 pm PST, for 12 weeks. Currently accepting students for the next class - starting October 4th, 2017.

2. Business Readiness ($480)

Also an online group program with individual support by email. It runs 3-4 times a year on Wednesday evenings @7:00 pm PST, for 12 weeks. Currently accepting students for the next class - starting October 4th, 2017.

3. Balloon Art Therapy - Training for Counsellors ($720)

This program is for counsellors and mental health workers who serve children and teens. It can also work well for any age, if your counselling style is experiential. The program involves face-to-face group teaching on Monday evenings @7:00 pm PST, except long weekends. Currently accepting students for our next class starting August 24th, 2017. The program includes 3 modules of 4 sessions each.

- Beginner: basic twists, winner animals, simple flowers

- Intermediate: higher level animals, flowers and cars

- Advanced: people, princesses and superheroes

4. Transformational Leadership ($720)

This face-to-face program runs once a year, for 12 weeks. It uses a small class format (max 8 students) to allow for significant interaction and hands-on learning experience. This class is for select highly efficient students who already completed at least one other training program with us.

All tuition fees are paid before the program begins, and are non-refundable. If you miss any class you will still receive your reading and homework, and you can also make up for it with the next group of students.
